Shipping and Return Policy

Where we ship
We ship exclusively to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway from our EU warehouse.
Shipping costs, taxes & duties
Free shipping: Every order ships at no extra cost.
No surprises: All orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Local VAT, import taxes, and customs duties are already included in the checkout price. You will not be charged anything upon delivery.
Address changes and cancel before dispatch
Need to update your address? You can change it anytime before dispatch.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order before it ships and receive a full refund immediately.

Carrier, tracking & delivery issues
All orders ship with a tracked service selected for your destination. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please help us by notifying us within 48 hours so we can file a timely claim with the carrier.
If tracking shows no movement in a couple of days or your package appears lost, contact us right away so we can investigate with the carrier.
Change-of-mind returns
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you change your mind. You then have 14 days from your notice to ship the item back.
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories.
If the product shows signs of use beyond basic inspection or is damaged, a deduction for diminished value will apply.
Return shipping is at your expense. We strongly recommend a trackable service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Faulty items
If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault during the guarantee period, contact us immediately.
We will:
- Repair or replace the item free of charge, including all shipping costs.
- Provide a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Currency & exchange rates
All purchases and refunds are processed in the same currency used at checkout.
Any small differences on your bank statement may result from exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your card issuer. These charges are outside our control.
