Vire 100 Terms

Who we are & scope
These Vire 100 Terms govern your order and purchase of the Vire 100 package, which includes the Vire Clip, charger(s), and lifetime access to the core Vire App (together, the “Product”). The Product is offered by Vire Health Oy (Business ID 3183533-4), Huoltotie 4, 04300 Tuusula, Finland (“Vire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Vire Terms and Conditions apply to all use of Services. This document supplements them, and if it conflicts with them, the Terms and Conditions prevail. Our other policies each govern their own subject: the Vire 100 Terms cover orders, purchase and the Vire 100 program; the Shipping and Return Policy covers delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and faulty items; the Support Policy covers support periods, updates and subscriptions, including the Lifetime subscription; the Privacy Policy covers personal data. If they conflict, the document covering the subject in question applies.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and a private person living in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland to place an order. By using Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
What an order includes
An order reserves the quantity of Vire Clips you purchase at checkout. Orders may ship to some regions earlier or later than others. Order availability, timing, and eligible countries may be modified or paused at any time.
Your order also includes membership in the Vire 100, a co-creation community program running during H1’2027. Members are invited to activities that may include expert webinars, conversations with the Vire team, and chances to shape future versions of the product. Taking part is optional, and activities may change over time or be available only in certain languages or locations. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Expert sessions and community discussions are for general information only and aren’t medical advice. We’ll ask your permission before featuring anything you share, and we ask all members to treat each other respectfully and keep what others share in the community confidential.
We may end your participation in the Vire 100 program if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or materially disrupt the community or its participants, in which case we may ask you to return the Vire Clip and issue a refund.
When participating in the Vire 100, please don’t share other members’ names, images, or stories without their consent, and avoid presenting your results as health or medical advice for others.
Estimated shipping window
Q4 / 2026 (December 2026).
Dates are estimates and may change. We may refine hardware, firmware, or materials to improve safety or performance. If a material design change occurs or a delay exceeds six months, we will notify you and you may keep the order or receive a full refund.
Lifetime membership
Your Vire 100 package includes a Lifetime subscription to the Vire App for one account. It covers at least the core features of the Vire App available at delivery, for as long as we provide the Vire service. Optional, separately paid features or services we may introduce later are not included. The scope and duration of the Lifetime subscription, and when it can end, are set out in our Support Policy.
Measurement accuracy and data quality
Vire Clips are built with high-quality sensors and premium materials, and we design and test them to perform as described in our product documentation. Even so, sensor readings can vary from person to person and from day to day. Fit, placement, movement, skin condition, environment, and other factors outside our control can all affect them.
The Services use algorithms to turn sensor data into scores, insights, trends, and other outputs. These outputs are estimates and interpretations, not statements of fact. We do not guarantee that they will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that they will match results from other devices or methods.
Services are intended for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please don’t make medical decisions based only on what the Services show you. If you have health concerns, speak with a qualified health professional.
