Who we are & scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vire mobile application (“App”), the Vire wearable clip device (“Vire Clip”), and charger(s) (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Vire Health Oy (Business ID 3183533-4), Huoltotie 4, 04300 Tuusula, Finland (“Vire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Orders and Vire 100
Orders and participation in the Vire 100 experience are governed by Vire 100 terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and a private person living in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland to use the Services. By using Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Health disclaimer
Vire Clip is not a medical device. It is intended for wellness, performance, and lifestyle purposes only. Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your health, sleep, or activity routines.
User obligations
- Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others.
- Do not misuse the Services, including by attempting to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the Services in violation of applicable laws.
Our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy has detailed information on authorised security research and vulnerability disclosure procedures.
Intellectual property
All content, software, design, and data provided by Vire are owned by Vire Health Oy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Services may contain open-source software components, which are subject to their own license terms.
Subscriptions & fees
The App is currently free to use. Vire may introduce subscription plans or paid features in the future. Any fees, billing cycles, and cancellation rights will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
Device usage and updates
Use the Vire Clip in accordance with safety instructions provided by Vire. Vire may provide firmware or software updates, which may be automatically installed. You agree to receive such updates to maintain proper functioning of the App and Clip.

Warranty
Vire warrants that the Clip will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or use not in accordance with instructions. If a valid warranty claim is made, Vire may repair or replace the device at its discretion.
To make a claim, contact hello@virehealth.com with your order number. This warranty is given by Vire Health Oy in addition to your statutory rights. It does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, which in the EU lasts at least two years from delivery, and claims under the legal guarantee are free of charge.
Export compliance
You agree not to directly or indirectly export, re-export, transfer, or make available the Services, the Product, or any related technical information to any destination, individual, or entity that is prohibited or restricted under applicable laws, including U.S. export control laws and regulations and sanctions regulations administered by the EU, the UK, and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Shipping is not available to sanctioned or embargoed destinations or parties.
Account termination
You may stop using Vire at any time by deleting your account. Vire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use Vire will end immediately.
Limitation of liability
Vire provides the Vire App and our online services “as is” and without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. This does not affect the Vire Clip warranty above or your statutory rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
For claims arising out of or related to Vire 100 or sale, Vire’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and all disputes shall be settled in Finnish courts. Consumers may use the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Mandatory jurisdictional rights for consumers prevail.
Changes to these terms
Vire may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after updates (or not cancelling an order after a notified change, where applicable) means you accept the new Terms.
